I am trying to copy documentation verbatim our of a program. It's over a 
thousand pages and I am pasting it into kate generic text files.

It consists of 
ctrl-x , ctrl-a, ctrl-c, down-arrow, enter, alt-tab, ctrl-v, ctrl-r, shift-8, 
enter, enter, enter, ctrl-s, alt-right-arrow

Is there are way to automate this? I am not real friendly with repetitive 
tasks!
