I use this firm because another person here likes it (well, her tolerance for 
it is growing thin too, but she deeply likes the community built around one 
of their chat services; attempts to establish the community elsewhere have 
stalled) and it doesn't make financial sense to pay for a second dial-up ISP when 
this one's still gonna be paid for.
