For hosting, I recommend Deru highly.  I have added clients from
Oklahoma to Hawaii on Deru hosting.  Deru's tech support is always
excellent, and the hosting market is so overcrowded and competitive,
that I guess I just believe that "you get what you pay for."  I have
never felt like looking anywhere else.  That's my 2c.  :-)
