In my opinion Vonage is O.K. for residential, where I use it. There are some occasional drops, but most of the time(95%) is up and running. In a commercial envirnoment you have to make sure you have a "guaranteed" bandwidth. But again, it depends who your ISP is and how congested is the network segment you are in. If you plan on using the services in a commercial environment I would recommend you not to switch completely until you are sure the service is reliable.
