Hello all: Hope you don't mind me posting this, because it's a technically related group, and I know that many of you are also computer consultants and/or IEEE members. Unfortunately, our meetings are on the same night as the East-side PLUG meeting. However, there are several Linux-related meetings per month, so maybe some of you have already gotten your monthly Linux requirement. (In the future, I'll try to get the word out on this earlier so I don't need to resort to this sort of OT posting.) Like PLUG meetings, ours are open to the public, and since it's a restaurant, you can order food if you like. Our April speaker is Steven Stralser, Ph.D., , Clinical Professor Global Entrepreneurship Center, Thunderbird: The Garvin School of International Management. Prof. Stralser will speak about speak about the importance of an effective business plan when launching a business. He is the author of the book "MBA In A Day : What You Would Learn At Top-Tier Business Schools (If You Only Had The Time!)", published by John Wiley & Sons. Date: Thursday, April 13, 2006 Time: Networking begins at 6:30 p.m. Dinner begins at 7:00 p.m. Program starts at 8:00 p.m. Place: Denny˙s Restaurant 3315 N. Scottsdale Rd.
