1) edit /boot/grub/menu.lst file, remove windoze references
2) boot from a live CD (knoppix, systemrescuecd) and run parted or 
qtparted to:
   a) remove the windoze partition
   b) expand your existing RH partition, or create a new partition for 
RH to use.
