Just set it's parameters for where and how you want it ripped and every time you put in a CD, click one button to rip it. However, if you are on KDE, Konqueror in file broswer mode will look at a music CD and provide you with "virtual" directories in various formats (MP3, OGG, FLAC, WAV, etc.). Then you can rip it by just dragging the virtual file or folder of the format you want to your hard drive. Very nice for a non-automated ripping solution!
