I've been biting my tongue on this one, too. Back when it was still US WEST, I was 100% satisfied running a 56K modem. I could tell the day QWEST took over, because my internet service slowed about 60%. Figuring they were having a few start-up issues I stuck with them for over a year, but the service got worse, if anything. I switched to COX cable, and have no major complaints. I don't know if they offer an "ISP Free" service, but their people have always been helpful and well informed. I'm not trying to Bad Mouth QWEST, I'm just a little disappointed that nothing seems to have changed with them.
