1. AOL has not ever and will not ever support her on Linux.  If she
ever has a problem, the moment they find out she's running linux they
will inform her she is running an 'unsupported operating system' and
drop the call.

2. AOL email is available for free via www.aol.com and she can
register her screen names with AOL Instant messenger and use GAIM or
another messaging client to keep up via IMs. What other 'AOL features'
does she need?
