Is anyone using Kphone?  Can you recommend a SIP provider?  The ones I've 
found (Gossiptel and SipGate) are in the UK and at least one requires that 
you pop down to the local chemist to make a payment.  Not the most 
convenient.

I'd prefer a pay-as-you-go service rather than a "for $19.95 a month we'll be 
your phone company" option.
