I'm running ethernet cable in the walls/attic at my home. A friend was nice enough to give me some Belden Datatwist(r) 5e 1585A CMP 4PR24 wire to use. I'm a little concerned that it has been crimped (bent to a right angle and flattened) in places. It feels ok once it's straigtened out again. Is that anything to be concerned about? Would I be better off using some cable that's fresh out of the box (my friend also gave me some of that)? TIA for the opines. -- -Eric 'shubes' **************************************************** This message has been scanned using Contraxx Technology Group mail server v8.0.3 and is virus free.
