Mozilla Thunderbird has the ability to parse and display RSS feeds as well. File->New Account->RSS News & Blogs->Next->Account Name->Next->Finish Now in the left pane is a new entity called 'News & Blogs' unless you named it something else. Click on it will reveal settings on the right pane. 'Manage subscriptions' is what you want, click on 'Add' and enter the url to the feed in the 'Feed URL' and click 'Ok'. It should then proceed to connect and get the feed. Now you can go back to the left pane and click on it and read the entries as if they were email. It works great with syndicated photoalbums too, like those on livejournal and gallery/gallery2-based albums, among others. -Scott Matt Alexander wrote: > Kevin wrote: > >> On 12/10/05 9:46 PM, "Alan Dayley" wrote: >> >> >>> I am behind the times on RSS and Atom feeds so I am confused by this. >>> What tool does one use to get and read RSS feeds?
