We are looking for an expert on MySQL administration.
We need someone knowing MySQL very very well to handle
backup/restore, performance tuning, replication and
clustering. 

We are currently running MySQL 4.0.16 with innodb data
file size greater than 1GB. We are experiencing MySQL
crashes frequently. 
We need someone very good at MySQL disaster recovery
and performance tuning.
