Without a doubt the best way to get a job is not
through education or experience, but through
networking and having an 'in' at the company.
Ofcourse, through the people you meet during your
education and through your experience you have even
more options. 

Sending your resume blindly into a company even if you
have the education and experience is still a
crap-shoot at best. If you have a good relationship
with an employee (in the same area) then you're almost
guaranteed an interview regardless of what's on your
resume.
