Hans,
I've been to Plaid and I liked it.  (I went there sort of by accident
one time when attempting to go to the Muse for a cup of coffee on a day
when it was closed.)  Not sure if my vote should count, though, as I
live in Glendale and haven't made it to Stammtisch in over a year.
