Thanks for burning netbsd for me. I had an interesting experience installing 
it. I put it on my packard-bell as an upgrade and it went on. I then 
remembered hearing that it is better to do fresh installs so I re-installed 
it as a full-install, but that failed. So I put the old version back on and, 
thankfully, the update process worked again. 

Thanks again. X just doesn't work. From the message I see, apparently, 
'getconfig' didn't install.
