I tried both the alpha and the numeric way and neither will get in straight as a url. Even 'google' search and click on link fails (sometimes I butterfinger the keyboard, but in both above cases, I even copied and pasted and still it refuses all but anon... way of getting in. Like I said, IF you want total newbies that MIGHT join the ranks of linux tinkerers to NOT come to installfests, then allow whatever is NOW blocking me and others from viewing and joining the discuss list and reading the webpage. I view this as a 'threat' to our (yes, duffer here considers his self and my wife as 'serious' non windows users. Serious defined as no way will I install the 'doze again on OUR computers) ... ours being PLUG/linux... growth!! We, that is PLUG, and especially those GURU's of install and help, will not expand as rapidly as could be due to the afore (previous message) TURNOFF to the uninformed people that try to view the PLUG website and don't get in for whatever the reason is. I, up till this week or so (haven't tried to viewed the page in a while, but a friend, who did while I was on the phone couldn't from cox even tho at that time I could directly about 2-3 weeks ago or so) ago was able to view directly. Like I said, I doubt that I would be 'off windows' IF I hadn't been able to get to the plug website directly. Ed, just a linux duffers $0.02 worth Cyclists should expect and demand safe accommodation on our public roads, just as does every other user. Nothing more is expected. Nothing less is acceptable!
