i'll answer the question.

if you can cox has [low] High Speed Internet, often called baby cox. 
it's 256k and it's 24 bux/mth. so that is the best value in my opinion. 
if you want to go for it and get the 5mbps have fun! but it's like 40 
/mth or so.

I noticed somepeople were recommending dialup for you. I'm not sure why 
considering you were asking about high speed. anyway if you do like 
dialup check out Net zero. I think they are great, plus I know how to 
get around there annoying software so you can dialup w/out it.
