This was dicussed in the recent past and is now coming to a head again. Evidently some people have problems getting to the PLUG website. It usually manifests as DNS failures (ie. "host not found") or timeouts. Previous discussions have pointed to a problem with a particular section of the Cox network which would mean that those with the problem are probably all using Cox connections. We need to get a handle on this and figure out what, if anything, can be done about it. Please, let's discuss some data points. If you have problems reaching the PLUG website, http://plug.phoenix.az.us, please report the following: What error do you get or what is the failure mode? Who is your ISP? How do you connect to the internet? Is the problem consistent or intermittant? Please add to this if I am asking the wrong or not enough questions. We want everyone to be able to reach the site.
