Does anyone on this list have rdesktop[1] installed and access to a
winDoh!s XP box?  I would like to verify that rdesktop can play sound
from an XP box before I go through the hassle of building one.

WHY?
I have several clients on Linux that need to share a win32 app with
sound.  My plan is to build XP in a VMware instance on one of their
beefy Linux servers, then have each Linux client access the virtual XP
machine via rdesktop.  However, it's pointless if they can't hear the
sound.

Google yielded very mixed results on this question so I figured someone
on this list probably already has the ingredients to run a quick test
for me.
