The firmware comes with the card. The source for the driver is at 
http://lisas.de/~andi/acx100/
Acx100 (802.11b) and acx111 (802.11g) use the same driver software. Get 
the latest (plus_fixes_46) version. Also, you'll want to reference 
http://www.houseofcraig.net/acx100_howto.php for detailed instructions 
on setting it up.
