As previously discussed with Alan a few days ago - This seems like a
major leap in locating/installing software/updates

I think that all you need do is... (as root)

yum --enablerepo=dag install smart smart-gui smart-update

obviously you will want to install these things and any dependencies
that it needs (I didn't need any dependent packages)

and then (again as root)

smart --gui &
