I am still having problems with the gimp opening up
hard drive partitions instead of Konqueror.

I had a similiar problem way back last century with
w98 and paintshop pro. But there, all I had to do was
find the 'option' in the drop down menu's and correct
it. 

I cannot find what/where/??? in gimp nor konqueror to
re-establish the old way of doing things...where a
left click on a partition or file will open it in
konqueror.

Gimp DOES NOT open it, just gives a failure message.
Very frustrating as apparently whatever I did occurred
way before I first clicked on a file or partition.

I now have to K>system>filesystem>file manager super
user mod, then enter root's password to activate
konqueror!! Not a good idea MaGee!!! Not to mention
time consuming as heck just to get a file open!!!

Any idea's except reinstall???
