moin, moin, at the east side meeting someone asked about the distro for running GNU/Linux as an application on m$ and we didn't have an answer as to how it's doing. Granted, I'm sure we all agree running GNU/Linux on m$ is the backwards way to go. Run the unstable OS as an app on the stable OS and not the other way around. I believe coLinux is the project that was being asked about. http://www.coLinux.org/ There's also XLive CD for getting cygwin and X environments on m$ OSen. http://XLiveCD.indiana.edu/ ciao, der.hans -- # https://www.LuftHans.com/ http://www.AZOTO.org/ # The Internet is the front line of the battle # to protect our freedom. -- Nathaniel Borenstein --------------------------------------------------- PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us To subscribe, unsubscribe, or to change you mail settings: http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss
