Essentially you have to spoof the user-agent to report as Firefox on Windows. Then the web application will work and not try to crankup ActiveX components. The user-agent settings are documented here: http://www.shaftek.org/blog/archives/000223.html We are just going to use taxact despite this spoofing information. They don't require that you lie to them about what browser and OS you are using. :^) Alan -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFB8ECD0VxxIfjPXe4RAgjEAJ9Ww4nrEzOBCw8u3pi3lZOyuvEpUgCggcvF YJ+QT6g3YknweSUoZoyAPwo= =FWYW -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------------------------------------------- PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us To subscribe, unsubscribe, or to change you mail settings: http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss
