I have used Quanta Plus and BlueFish editor.  I prefer Quanta plus.  
Also avaialable is the Composer under Netscape and Mozilla, but these 
are nothing like FP or DW.

Regardless, both packages should have RPM's available as I am using them 
under FC2.
