What is the defualt umask of most files on a Debian box in particular I 
changed the umask to 002 on svnserve svnlook and svnadmin and now I can 
not do antying with torttoise svn could that be the problem?

The error I ge when I try to access anyting is "The system cannon find 
the file specifed"
