I have a Starlogic 300W ATX, no model identification.
Any experience with this brand?  (I'll Google later.)

Is it possible that this could be my *whole* problem,
and that the board might still be OK?

(I'm running 3 hard disks right now.  Cooling seems OK.
The problem where *no* CD device would work at all
seems to have happened shortly after that third HD
was installed, though not immediately.)
