Information needed...
How do you connect? Does new/old ISP block port 25 from all points other
than their smtp server? This is a common problem. Cox home accounts,
Earthlink and others do this.

tlnf.com - your web host provider? Ask them about this...chances are
that they will require TLS/SSL authenticated connections to relay mail.
Check with them.

I find it much easier just to use my connection provider smtp server as
'smart host' from the local smtp server on my network and have all of
the computers set to use that computer.
