Hi All, I'm considering moving to Thunderbird as my email client on Windows. Currently, I'm using Eudora 4.2 (very old) and it has served me well for many, many years. However, they're are some advanced features that are getting a bit outdated with Eudora and the new versions of Eudora are some kind of subscription based model, which I'm not fond of. Is there anyone using Thunderbird that can attest to how well it handles *HUGE* size mailboxes. I have one mail box with approx 50,000 messages which is around 38Mb in size. This is the largest, but I have several mailboxes all of which have several thousand messages each. Can Thunderbird handle this size without crashing? Does application performance suffer with many larges mailboxes? Since email is my life-blood, I must tread very carefully when upgrading clients. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks, Peter --------------------------------------------------- PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us To subscribe, unsubscribe, or to change you mail settings: http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss
