Cox seems to be having problems with it's DNS server over the last week or so and I'm guessing that has something to do with why some people are seeing duplicate e-mails sometimes. A Cox customer on another list I belong to is seeing the same thing. I'm a Cox business customer and I run my own e-mail server, so I have not not seen that.
