The "paid for PDF license" is the PDFlib license. There is a default PDF library that comes with PHP that is by the same author also known as PDFlite which is free. http://us2.php.net/manual/en/ref.pdf.php It does not allow PDF manipulation, forms, or blocks, only creation. I have relationships with graphic designers of which I host their clients. Sometimes I program the sites, sometimes there is someone else that programs the site but I get the hosting.
