Hi ,

I have a need for 2 or more users on the same LAN to access the same 
email accounts. They are using mozilla for browsing and email. Using my 
account as an example:

/home/charlie/.mozilla/default/ukxtxa9p.slt/Mail/pop.mindspring.com

my mail is held at the above location.

On a linux terminal server, if I were to create a group, mailusers, 
establish a directory for the group, and put the mail there, something like:

/home/mailusers/.mozilla/default/ukxtxa9p.slt/pop.mindspring.com

would all users be able to simultaneously have access to that directory.

What if 2 users tried to access the same message simultaneously?

Would all users be able to download email from the pop.mindspring.com 
server?

Any ideas for better solutions would be appreciated. Preferably 
linux/open source.

What about setting up an IMAP server?
