Assuming the "Raid Subsystem controller board" presents a single SCSI device to the host, you should be able to find it as /dev/sda. The first partition on the device would be /dev/sda1. If there is no partition on the device, you will have to use fdisk or parted and other tools to partition it, format it and edit /etc/fstab to automatically mount it.
