I don't see the need for that yet because:

1. There are not that many "For Sale" type messages compared to the others.

2. Most originators of such messages are good about marking it as off topic.

3. Most responses to such messages are handled off the list, as the 
originators request.

As long as the list members continue to handle things as well as they are now, 
I don't think we need it.
