the easy answer to your question is clamav

the much better answer is to get you to consider what you are asking and
realize that what you are seeking is something that defies what anyone
could suggest as a recommended practice.

Consider:
NTFS is preferred format for WinNT/Win2K/WinXP
NTFS isn't documented and all methods of writing to NTFS partitions is
not to be considered totally reliable
Windows can and should be used with all adequate protections against
viruses, etc.
If you have a problem with a computer that is already infected, the only
safe thing to do is to back up the data, reformat, reinstall, bring the
system up to current including anti-virus and then bring the data back
on to the system. 

There aren't any shortcuts to good practices.
