Huh.. could be.  Honestly, I haven't created a new procmail recipe 
since '93 or so.  I just created a bunch back then and have been 
modifying them to taste since.  Maybe there was to TO_ back then?

Anyway, yeah, TO_ seems a better choice on reading the manpage.
