I just got back from the Fry's Electronics in Tempe.  They had the usual two 
display boxes of books in a new place.  They were right in line with the 
front doors.  Walk right in and go straight ahead toward the cameras.

Anyway, for once they had many good books on the display.  I picked up 
O'Reilly's "Practical C++ Programming" for $9.99 instead of $34.95.  They had 
several of those and a bunch more O'Reilly titles.  Many of the Wrox books 
too.  Most looked like they were Java, SQL and web programming focused.

Just thought I'd pass that on.
