We cannot not use Partition Magic in any way that is contrary to it's
license agreement.  Period.  I just checked, it's license allows you use
it on one PC only.

"...you may use each licensed copy of the Software on or in connection
with ONLY ONE computer that is owned or leased by you."  (emphasis theirs)

The only way it could be used at an InstallFest is if the license holder
brings his own original copy and it is used ONLY on his own PC.  Even then
I would not be comfortable with it being used at a PLUG event.  Not only
because it is non-free software but also because it has a license that is
so easy to break by using it on more than one PC.

I have used Partition Magic.  It is a good tool.  I would rather that the
person wanting to use it, performed the partition changes with it before
they come to the InstallFest.  PLUGgers would then be less likely to be
party to a license violation.
