Actually, the purpose of my Letter to the Editor is to make the common citizen 
aware of open source. That is why I begin the letter as I do. Thank you Craig 
for reminding me of thos. I want to make it known to the world that the civil 
servants have the opportunity to save alot  of money with open source 
software. If you noticed, my letter migrated from promoting Linux to 
promoting open source.
