Are they pure Java or did your team use the MS Java development tool. Are you using an application server like BEA or Websphere? If it's pure java without anything fancy then it should move over pretty easily. If not then it depends on what functions you use in the application server. Be sure to check for third party dependencies if you need to retain support.
