What is the purpose and content of the letter?  You don't say what why you 
want to write a letter.

AZOTO, as a non-profit, cannot lobby or take political "sides."  Depending on 
the purpose of the letter, AZOTO must stay out of it.

So, please elaborate, what is this proposed letter for?
