Planning on Installing Debian Woody.  Per the documentation (http://www.aboutdebian.com/instsall3.htm) I need to know the chip sets for the Video card (and maybe the NIC).

Is there a way to determine these without opening the box (i.e. a command ... etc.).

I have hard drives (removable cages) with RH 9.0 and Fedora 1.  I also have Knoppix CD
