You might want to look at why they're stuck in the queue to see if you
have a configuration error somewhere.  If they can actually be delivered
then you can run:

postfix flush

If the messages aren't important and you want to delete them from the
queue then you can run:

postsuper -d ALL

If you want to delete a particular message from the queue then you can
give postsuper the ID of the message.  For example:

postsuper -d 4367DE394E
