The thing about Mepis is that it is the most user-friendly that I've seen in 
my limited time in the Linux world. I don't think we should neccesarily 
promote it and distubution, but if the user comes in not knowing what they 
want and they are a windows zombie then we should want their transformation 
from zombie to newbie to be as painless as it can be. As for the tech support 
it can be found at www.mepis.org
