For larger applications, the server > version of FileMaker supports up to 256 simultaneous users. --- Filemaker provides the avenue for quick and dirty but by the time you clean it up, try to control bad user input, struggle with the lack of a programming language and implement the endless workarounds for features that it lacks, it delivers a stillborn. It would seem that for networked environments, long term vision and planning is a better program than quick turnaround implementations that are more clumsy and costly in the long run.
