I was sitting here wondering if I should download SQLite. Then I started 
freaking about dependencies.Then I thought of something..... see if it is in 
synaptic. And there it was! I was in heaven not having to worry about 
dependencies and stuff like that. How long will it take though? Yeaaaaaa! It 
took about one minute and there was only one other program and the 
documentation included in that time.

So I can't find a tutorial on it in English, Matt. How did you learn it?
