There is a lot of complaining about a decline in Google quality on AZIPA.  I 
am a regular (but not heavy) Google user and have no major complaints.

The AZIPA list is much more oriented to business than technical issues.  I am 
wondering if "decline in search quality" really means the search engine 
optimization marketeers have stopped getting the results they expect.  
Obviously you can't ask the question on AZIPA since folks might take offense 
at being called SEO marketeers or they might admit being SEOs but say that 
has no relevance to their complaint.

What is going on?
