Any one have any ideas? I'm trying to sftp to a computer that someone else installed (but that I now have su rights to). Its a SUSE 8.2 box. I can ssh into it just fine. I've checked /etc/ssh/sshd_config and it has the following lines # override default of no subsystems Subsystem sftp /usr/lib64/ssh/sftp-server However after typing in the passwd I get this error Request for subsystem 'sftp' failed on channel 0 Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer Any thoughts on what else I should check? -- Carl Parrish(cparrish@carlparrish.com) http://www.carlparrish.com -- Registered Linux User #295761 http://counter.li.org --------------------------------------------------- PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us To subscribe, unsubscribe, or to change you mail settings: http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss
