If you lack instrumentation, you might try factoring in
the temp and relative humidity (hey, maybe even wind
speed and direction) from a site like this:

  <http://weather.noaa.gov/weather/current/KPHX.html>
  ... that's PHX or,
   KCHD.html for Chandler,
   KDVT.html Deer Valley,
   KGEU.html Glendale,
   KSDL.html Scottsdale,
   ... and a few others in the Valley.

Nice text-friendly data, just needs a little
pattern recognition to add to your graph.
